  David R. Shaw is the Founder and CEO of Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions, a global human capital firm specializing in strategic solutions to assist clients in managing their most important asset their people.

  Ralph Shedletsky is Chief Customer Officer with Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions. He has previously served as Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director of Career Solutions and Leadership Solutions, and headed Executive Coaching and Transition practices.
